The app is telling me that my email address is invalid, how can I log in?

Can I reset my password?
Yes, no problem. Visit our password reset page here.
Once you enter your email and press submit, please check your inbox (including your Spam/Junk folder).
How do I log out of my account?
You can find the log out option on your account page.
On mobile, select the menu icon in the top left of the screen, then select "My Account". Here you will find the "Log Out" button.
On web, select the "Account" page from the top nav bar menu. On this page, you will find the "Log Out" button.
Where can I find details about my account?
On mobile, click on the "Home" page (at the bottom left of the screen). Then look for the app menu (located in the top left of the screen), before choosing "My Account".

Subscription details can be found on your account screen. To access this screen, take the below steps.

How do you use my personal data?
At Noa, we treat your data with the utmost care. Personal information is used for basic operations such as identifying you when you want to log in, or ensuring you are receiving a suitable service from us.
We also aggregate data from listeners to a level where it is not personally identifiable. This is done to perform analysis on content trends and to understand how people are using our suite of products.

Does Noa sell my data to third parties?
No, we do not sell any of your data to third parties.

Can I delete my account?
Yes, this can be arranged. However, please first note the below impacts.
If you have an active subscription with Noa, deleting your account will not stop payments from being deducted. You must first cancel your subscription before deleting your account.
Please also note that we cannot restore accounts once they have been permanently deleted. Any personal settings, saved articles, and listening stats will be lost once deleted.
If you decide to return to Noa in the future, you will need to set up a brand new account.
