The app is not working, what can I do?
First of all, we are sorry if the app is not behaving as expected. If it is failing to fully load, crash or display weird results, here are your options:
- Make sure that your WiFi or data is connected. Certain pages of the app depend on a live connection to perform as expected.
- Ensure you are running the most up-to-date version of the app. Visit the App Store and Play Store to check if you are missing any updates.
- Try force closing the app before relaunching it.
- If none of the above helps, you can try removing and reinstalling the app on your device.

The app is crashing, what can be done to fix this?
This is not the experience we want you to have, so apologies for the crashes. First, can you try the following:

The app is not behaving as I would have expected, how can I tell if something is wrong?
Apart from the more obvious tech issues of loading errors or crashes, some features of the app may not behave as you expect. When designing the app, we speak to listeners and aim to build a product that is intuitive to use. However, we are human, and we don’t always get this right. So, if you feel a certain element of the app doesn’t make sense to you, please reach out and let us know, including as much detail and relevant screenshots as possible.
I cannot access my premium content despite having an active subscription.
Sorry for the inconvenience here. This shouldn’t be happing. Here are a couple of things you can try to get a quick resolution:
- Ensure you are logged in using the correct email address. Go to the account page of the website or mobile app and ensure the correct email address is appearing here. If it is not correct, log out and then log back in, this time using the email address linked to your subscription.
- Force close the app before relaunching it.

We can also easily exchange web links that can either quickly identify a problem or that offer support-related material.
